R and B superstar Beyonce Knowles leads this year's nominations for Music Of Black Origin (MOBO) Awards in four categories. The former Destiny's Child singer faces stiff competition from Mary J Blige and Nelly Furtado for best international female artist. Her other nominations include for best song, best video and best R&B act. UK talents Corinne Bailey Rae (Best Song, Best UK Female and UK Newcomer) and Kano (Best Video, Best UK Male and Best Hip Hop) have earned three nominations each. The Black Eyed Peas, Gnarls Barkley, Outkast, The Pussycat Dolls And The Streets will battle it out for the Best Group Award on 20 September (06) at London's Royal Albert Hall. BBC 3 will broadcast the ceremony live, reports the Sun.
