Education is Penelope Cruz's secret to eternal youth

Actress Penelope Cruz insists one can stay young forever, if he has a desire to keep studying throughout his life.

The 32-year-old actress is passionate about reading and learning and has mastered a number of languages, including her native Spanish, English, French and Italian.

Cruz admits she's determined to keep upgrading her knowledge, as it helps her grow spiritually.

"I like to set myself challenges. When I'm not shooting, I like to do courses. I like to keep studying, to feel like a student again. That makes me happy. It keeps you young forever if you always want to learn," Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

"I like to read things that help me spiritually and I don't have only one religion," she added.
