Getting the most out of your Egyptian Cruise

You’re about to go on a Nile cruise but don’t know what you’re going to see or experience there. You think that it’s all going to be historical tours and temple visits. But there’s actually more to do on a Nile cruise. Let’s check out what Sunshine Egypt Adventures is offering their would-be customers and see what is on their To-do list.

They offer three kinds of cruises, but you can get the most out of the Nile cruise by going for the longest cruise which is for 8-days and 7-nights from Luxor to Aswan then back to Luxor. On the first day of the cruise, you will be taken on a guided tour of the Karnak Temple and the Luxor Temple.

On the second day, you will sail to Esna then to Edfu to spend the free afternoon for leisure. On the third day, you will sail to Kom Ombo for a guided tour to the Temples of Sobek and Haroeris. After the tour, you will sail back to Aswan for another free afternoon for you catch up on your reading.

On the fourth day, you will be taken on a guided tour to the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk and Philae Temple. On the fifth day, you will be felluca sailing around the Elephantine Island for the entire day.

On the sixth day, you will once again be taken on a guided tour to the Temple of the God Horus in the morning. During the afternoon, you will be sailing to Luxor and will be spending the night there. On the seventh day, you will be going on a guided tour of the Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut Temple, and the Colossi of Memnon. After the guided tour, you will once again spend the free afternoon for leisure. On the eighth day, you will be served breakfast and finally will be disembarking the ship, ending the cruise.

During your free afternoons and nights in Luxor and Aswan, you can have a great time while enjoying the amenities that you have on the cruise ship. If you have boarded on the M/S Moon Goddess, you can spend your afternoon out on the Sun Deck with the full bar and BBQ facilities, or you can go swimming at the pool or go jogging on their track. You can also play billiards, table tennis and work out in their fitness room. The M/S Moon Goddess also has evening entertainment and stage shows that will light up the nights.

There can be no better way to enjoy your Nile experience to the fullest but on a week long luxury ship cruise. Get the most out of this once in a lifetime event by frolicking daily in the different sights and sounds of the river Nile.
