Jennifer Aniston drops topless photos lawsuit

Former ‘Friends’ star Jennifer Aniston has agreed to drop a lawsuit against a paparazzo who caught the actress topless, after he promised never to sell the pictures to any mag.

Though Peter Brandt has always maintained that he did not photograph the actress through illegal means, when he took the shots in Los Angeles last year, his reps said in a statement that he was still pulling the photos from publication.

"Even though they were legally obtained (no trees were climbed or trespassing done), Peter pulled the photos from publication," Contactmusic quoted the reps, as stating.
