Johansson says sexiness doesn't distract

Actress Scarlett Johansson blasted reports stating that the steamy sex scene in her new movie "The Black Dahlia" is an unnecessary distraction.

According to imdb.com, Johansson plays a woman caught between two cops who are investigating a real life unsolved murder of an upcoming actress whose body was discovered in Los Angeles in 1947.

In the movie Johansson has a graphic sex scene with actor Josh Hartnett and critics complained that it was hard to concentrate after the scene.

She says: "Of course, it's nice to be considered sexy, as a young woman in my prime. But I try not to think about the sexiness. And I never think about it being distracting from a scene."
