British beauty Kelly Brook and her 'Titanic' fianci Billy Zane are having trouble with the previous owner of their new mansion, who has been stripping their house bare. The celeb couple, who spent 1million pounds for the 600-year-old farmhouse near Maidstone, Kent, in December, claim that the Rick McBride, 80, is taking the home apart "stone by stone". They claim that since selling the house to them, McBride has taken away most of the fixtures and fittings, forcing them to go to court over ownership of the 15,000 pounds worth of plants and statues - including a pile of stones. "They took the light fittings, the well, the sundial - everything in the brochure," The Sun quoted Zane, as saying. Brook, insisted that the case had been 'devastating', especially since the couple are tying the knot this year, and had big plans for their home. "This legal mess has been devastating. We're getting married this year and this was the house where we're supposed to start a family," the actress said. McBride however, insists that the reason he is stripping the house bare, is because these things, including the stones, "were excluded from the sale" in the first place.
