Lohan's sister to release Christmas album

Actress Lindsay Lohan's kid sister is launching her own pop career with a Christmas album.

Twelve-year-old Ali Lohan, who appeared briefly in her big sister's "Confessions of a Broken Heart" video and the film "Freaky Friday", has recorded a string of festive favourites for a new holiday album, reported contactmusic.com.

One track, a reworking of "Santa's Reindeer Ride", is a duet with singer Amy Grant. Other seasonal songs include "Winter Wonderland" and "Jingle Bells".
