The 'Mr and Mrs Smith' star has been painted as the Virgin Mary in a painting titled 'Blessed Art Thou' a line taken from the Catholic prayer the Hail Mary. The painting also has Jolie's three kids, with youngest daughter Shiloh being portrayed as the daughter of God, and elder kids Maddox and Zahara being shown as Angelina's cherubs, reports The Sun. However, artist Kate Kretz is not worried about the reactions the painting is going to cause; in fact she is welcoming all the views, for the picture is aimed to confront issues regarding celebrity worship in the first place. As for why Jolie was chosen among all the other female stars to be the subject of the painting, well according to Kretz that's because of the gorgeous brunette's unavoidable presence in the media, her "unattainable" beauty, all her charity work, as well as the media frenzy that accompanied the birth of baby Shiloh. People will be able to take a look of the painting in person when it goes on display at the Art Miami Fair at the Miami Beach Convention Centre. The fair will be a three-day affair that begins on January 5 and will close its doors to the public on January 8.
