Hotel heiress Paris Hilton seems to be pretty wise with her pennies, by 'forgetting' to pay a $9.80 bill at a Sydney Cafe, where she made a short halt. Hilton had a hamburger at Sloanes, and left the cafe to shop for lingerie and jewellery after having forgotten to pay for mineral water and Frappe. "She's got bucket loads of money and she didn't pay for her drinks," the Sydney Morning Herald quoted a waitress, as saying. On the contrary Hilton used her credit card to pay for the jewellery and lingerie she bought at Arianne Lingerie, where she spent $2750, and bought stockings, jewellery, a camisole and a U-bra, an undergarment designed for plunging necklines The owner of the restaurant said that initially they had no idea it was Hilton, and that they would not have minded giving her free drinks. The waitress also said that the staff of the cafe joked that they could make a fortune by putting the leftover hamburger for auction on e-Bay.
