Salon City, Inc. (OTC:SLON) announced today that it is about to respond to a second round of comments received earlier this month from the Securities and Exchange Commission. As before, SCI's legal team took the time necessary to prepare a thorough, detailed response to the comments. Amendment No. 2 to Form 10-SB/A will be submitted later today for posting to the EDGAR system. Salon City, Inc. originally filed Form 10-SB on 16 July 2007. Auditors Lake and Associates LLC signed off on the original filing as well as on the Amendment No. 2. Once SCI’s second response is filed, the company will be much closer to receiving SEC approval for its securities to be traded on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board exchange. Steven Casciola, president and CEO of Salon City, Inc., stated, “Salon City has always been a fully reporting company. Moving up to the OTCBB will strengthen and enhance our transparency and creditability with the investment community. We had fewer comments from the SEC this time than anticipated, and our team remains optimistic that this important step in the progression of Salon City’s forward movement as an ‘emerging media’ and publicly traded company is about to be realized.” ABOUT SALON CITY, INC.
