Lost In Translation star Scarlett Johansson is the leading candidate to portray the character of the real-life Austrian kidnap girl, who was kidnapped and held hostage for eight years, onscreen. Movie bosses across the world are engaged in a fierce bidding war for the film rights to the 18-year-old's eight-year ordeal, as they are convinced believe that the incredible saga could be both a critical and box office success. And Hollywood studio chiefs are determined to land "The Black Dahlia" star to play the role, as they feel the 21-year-old's facial similarities and blonde hair make her the most likely candidate to play Kampusch. "This has been huge across the world. What happened to this girl is unbelievable and would make the most amazing movie plot," Contactmusic quoted an insider, as saying. Natascha, who amazed the world with her story when she gave an interview on Austrian television, was kidnapped on her way to school in Vienna in 1998 and held prisoner in a concrete cellar by 44-year-old Wolfgang Prikopil, who committed suicide by throwing himself under a train after her recent escape.
