SunTrust Signs Agreement with InfiCorp for Consumer Credit Cards

Continuing to solidify its leadership position in partnering with financial institutions in the delivery of competitive credit card products and services, InfiCorp Holdings, Inc., today announced it has signed a long-term agreement with Atlanta-based SunTrust Banks, Inc. for issuing consumer credit cards. Under terms of the agreement, InfiCorp will market, originate and service SunTrust-branded cards starting in the first quarter of 2007, focusing on existing SunTrust clients. SunTrust will have the option to purchase card assets for its own loan portfolio.
