The taxman wants a share of Keira’s booty!

The ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ actress Keira Knightley will have to shell out 1,843 dollars as tax after she accepted a chest full of freebies at a celebrity event in Los Angeles.

The British actress attended the Silver Spoon Buffet, a glitzy charity dinner where it is customary to give celebrities presents in return for their endorsement.

Her buffet booty amounting to 10,800 dollars included diamond earrings, a watch, a bikini and a cashmere jumper.

However, Keira remained unfazed when told by an adviser that she may have to pay a staggering charge for the "gifts".

"Keira had a bit of a laugh when told she had to pay the tax. She's happy to do so," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
