Vistage International Names Ruby Randall New Chief Operating Officer

Ruby Randall today joins Vistage International, the world’s leading chief executive organization, as the new chief operating officer.

Randall comes to Vistage International from Robbins Research International in San Diego where she served as the president and chief executive officer. Prior to taking the helm in January 2005, she was the company’s chief operating officer and, before that, served as the vice president of marketing. Randall brings a strong background in leadership, execution, service and support, personnel management, content generation, and multimedia distribution to Vistage International.

Reporting to Rafael Pastor, Vistage International chairman of the board and chief executive officer, Randall will oversee internal operations, develop sales and marketing opportunities, and strengthen service and support functions.

Randall is intimately familiar with the Vistage International mission as she has been a Vistage member for two years and knows how the company helps business leaders grow their companies at a rate of more than two times their competitors. “Having previously joined Vistage as a member, I am now thrilled to join Vistage as its COO,” said Randall. “Vistage has helped me become a better leader, and I will now help Vistage become an even more successful company.”

Prior to her positions at Robbins Research International, Randall held senior executive positions at Trellion Technologies and CollegeClub.com, The Upper Deck Company, 20th Century Fox in Los Angeles, Procter & Gamble Distributing Company, and Go Aerobic Inc., a fitness company she founded in Rochester, N.Y. She graduated magna cum laude with a degree in economics from the University of Rochester in New York in 1984, and holds a master’s of business administration from UCLA.

Throughout Randall’s career, every company she has worked for has achieved its highest historical revenue, record-breaking profits, and high employee satisfaction.
