Wright Robinson Osthimer & Tatum Announces New Managing Director and Executive Committee

The national law firm of Wright Robinson Osthimer & Tatum is pleased to announce the election of Peter Hart as its Managing Director, and the formation of a new Firm Executive Committee. The Committee members are Chuck Osthimer, Mark Yacano and Peter Hart.

The Committee members reflect the firm’s presence on both coasts, and are talented, experienced lawyers who represent a cross-section of the firm’s practices.”

Peter Hart, based in the Firm’s San Francisco office, has been in practice since 1983, and a litigator with Wright Robinson since 1990. Peter specializes in insurance defense, and his litigation experience includes numerous trials involving matters ranging from products liability and employment to insurance coverage and bad faith claims. In 2004, 2005 and 2006, Peter was named a Super Lawyer by San Francisco Magazine.

Chuck Osthimer joined the firm in 1987 and opened both the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. Before joining the firm, Chuck was a litigation partner with Bronson, Bronson & McKinnon in San Francisco. Chuck’s litigation practice spans more than 30 years and includes extensive trial experience in state and federal courts throughout the country. In 2004, 2005 and 2006, Chuck was named a Super Lawyer by San Francisco Magazine.

Mark Yacano began his practice in 1988, and has been with Wright Robinson since 1996. Mark is head of the Support and Information Management practice, a niche practice group that specializes in the management of mass document and data collection and electronic document review projects for corporate clients engaged in complex litigation. He is resident in the Richmond, VA office.
